He found and secured the LAST cyan toner cartridge for our printer in all of BC, put it on hold, and made arrangements so I could go get it ASAP. We recently decided to update our printers and copiers from Lexmark to Xerox to better align with the rest of our business and simplify our operations. We discussed our plans with Xerox and they suggested working with Printers Plus to make this happen. We needed to replace 38 devices, have them set up in approximately 20 locations, and then have the old Lexmark devices removed from the sites for recycling. Printers Plus was a pleasure to work with from the ordering and scheduling process, to the installation and removal process. With a project like this we usually end up with major scheduling issues and delays, but during this project we only experienced minor interruptions and Printers Plus did everything in their power to make things right and get us back on track. We ended up completing the project ahead of schedule and on budget with happy employees in our branches during the changeover. For us, the most important part of our business is customer service, and I’m happy to say we’ve found a partner of like mind in Printers Plus. We look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

These guys know their stuff. We needed a new copier for our office so we called them for a quote. Instead of just sending us a quote they came in and did a print assessment of our network. They ended up replacing all of our old devices with new ones. The savings on the toner alone made up for the new lease costs.
